We are now looking for a structured and service-oriented person for a long-term assignment in Finspång. The assignment involves close collaboration with both internal teams and customers in an international environment 🌍

In this role, you will continuously work towards project timelines and be an important part of ensuring that the project runs smoothly from start to finish. You will handle administrative and coordinating tasks with great variety in your daily work.

Responsibilities
Construction support in projects related to the new delivery of gas turbines.
Work according to project timelines and follow up on deliveries.
Handling customer inquiries and customer documentation.
Purchasing hardware such as computers, I/O cards, and licenses.
Placing orders and following up in SAP.
Planning and ordering internal transports.
Coordinating transports to and from the office.
Responsibility for internal storage areas.
Administrative support to other parts of the office.
Collaboration in a team of three people 🤝

Requirements
Very good computer skills including good knowledge of the Office suite.
Fluent English in both spoken and written form as all meetings are conducted in English.
Ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
Good collaboration skills and service mindset.

Desirable
Knowledge of SAP.
Experience with PLM systems.

About the assignment
Consultant assignment on-site in Finspång.
Immediate start.
Full-time position.
The assignment duration is 1 year with a very good chance of extension 🚀
